Gladiator Format (July 2008) is the last GX-era format. It was named for the dominant deck of the format, Gladiator Beasts. The latest set was Light of Destruction. Notable additions included the Lightsworn archetype, Honest, Gladiator Beast Gyzarus, Substitoad, and Fossil Dyna, while Dimension Fusion was Forbidden, and Return from the Different Dimension was Limited.
My Gladiator Format custom cards include a number of cards that support cards from this era, and all are intended to be of an appropriate power level for this format’s metagame.
